Pop Art "Pablo Picasso" 3D Mixed Media on aluminium plate
Pop art underlines a theme that we all encounter in everyday consumer life or daily in the media & advertising. Figures are deliberately alienated represented or even torn out of context. In the work "Pablo Picasso" typically primary colors, whose emerging elements are clearly delineated with the help of black lines, were used. In the illustrative painting style, the high level of colour crystallises as the outstanding design element. The work was done with screen printing technique, synthetic resin and old advertising posters on a heavy aluminium plate.
