Shipping costs and delivery times
Information on the shipping of art
The artworks are shipped in an extraordinarily stable special packaging (Security Art Box). All paintings are additionally packed in bubble wrap and the box is provided with sufficient filling material. This is the only way we can guarantee that your new work of art will reach you intact. In the event of any loss or damage to the consignment due to shipping, the purchase price of the painting will of course be refunded in full without delay. Alternatively and preferably, a collection in our gallery in Dresden is of course also possible.
Shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. With the appearance of a new homepage edition, all previous prices and offers are invalid. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery according to the following shipping costs list. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

Our shipments are always sent as insured parcels with DHL, GEL (TREX) or Hermes. The prices stated here are flat-rate shipping costs.
Express delivery with guaranteed delivery on the following day requires order processing by 12 noon. The express delivery option incurs additional costs of EUR 9.55 compared to standard delivery.
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to enquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order for which payment is obligatory.
Delivery times
Our parcels are collected within one day. This means that we can guarantee a fast service, so that our parcels are dispatched to you on weekdays on the same day as payment is received, provided that payment is received by 12 noon. For the delivery of shipments within Germany, our shipping partners need 1-3 working days. International shipments within Europe take an average of 5 days to be delivered, depending on the country of destination. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to 3 days, international transfers up to 5 days.
Information about your payment
Payment can be made either in advance (bank transfer, credit card or Paypal) or cash on delivery (cash on delivery). If you choose payment in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods accordingly after receipt of payment. Cash payment upon collection of the goods in our gallery in Dresden is of course also possible.
