Living News "EMOTION" issue 12
As part of another collaboration, we are delighted about our steadily growing reach, including in the print media. In the current Living News campaign in issue 12/2018 of "EMOTION" in December 2018, the editorial team reports exclusively on stylish nude art by Conny Niehoff.
Niehoff creates her abstract nudes with rather restrained colors, which are conducive to the melancholy of her nude paintings, but also her landscape and city impressions. She applies thin glazes layer by layer to the canvas. The transparency inherent in this glazing technique makes the working processes visible as layers. This creates almost deep spatial structures that make her works appear three-dimensional. Her choice of colors is rather limited. Conny Niehoff deliberately reduces them to friendly, bright, completely natural colors, which nevertheless offer an "inexhaustible scope". The artwork was sold out immediately after publication.
