Sometimes dialog becomes an adventure: when Petra Klos enters her studio, she is looking for a challenge. This is the only way, says the Blaichach-based artist, that a dialog can develop. She has always found collectors and buyers for her paintings in young art. In her works, Petra Klos succeeds in processing her current emotions, fantasies and moods again and again. Strength, assertiveness, energy and the artist's immediate sense of color are increasingly reflected in the works she creates. Using her unmistakable techniques, the artist manages to express these qualities in color and form with great passion and enthusiasm. A style that encourages reflection and personal interpretation. She says of herself: "For me, the picture plane is a field that is open on all sides, so that many of my works, despite the limitations imposed by their format, appear as an excerpt from a larger whole. In all of this, I prefer simplicity of form and consistently aim for the effect of coloration and structure in the surface, with the color red playing an important role alongside earth tones."
