The artist Nina Damell, born 1971, lives and works in the picturesque art and baroque city of Dresden. She plays experimentally with the entire color palette and different techniques. This generous unconstrained handling gives your works joie de vivre, impulsiveness and strong positive energy. She is often inspired by music while painting. Damell favours abstract-aesthetic variations in her works which are attracting more and more art lovers and collectors.

The artist's field of work is primarily the mixed technique, which includes in particular the use of oil and glossy acrylic paint, spatula technique, sponge and brush. The artist uses high-quality materials as painting ground. Thematically Damell deals in her works with compositions of nature, with materials in the broadest sense and portraits based on pop art and comic.
